The motivation for our founders to create a resort over this pristine, 75-acre plantation came from one simple desire — to share the sheer beauty of nature and our surroundings with travelers around the world.

Nature
Magnolia sits in the very lap of nature.
Our resort is built such that every cottage is set within the coffee plantation and every room has a beautiful view. We've taken care to preserve the original landscape, vistas and pathways.
We believe in co-existence with nature and a majority of our construction was done using natural materials.
Tranquility
Magnolia embodies the adage ‘silence is golden’.
Though the estate is 75-acres, we’ve chosen to build only 22 exclusive cottages for the enjoyment of a limited number of guests at any time. This allows for a lot of open space and room for everyone’s relaxation and enjoyment.
We observe the principle of co-existence with nature and strongly encourage peace and quiet at all times at the resort.
Luxury
No expense has been spared to make Magnolia a benchmark of luxury in the region.
Built in harmony with local and South Indian architecture, we hope to re-capture the imagination of our traditional architects and craftsmen.
Our Reception was constructed using pillars from mansions in south India which were rescued and restored; our Cottages range between 700 to 1000 sq.ft in size and are dressed with the finest of furniture and linens; our Clubhouse is over 5,000 sq.ft in size with large rooms, comfortable sofas and chairs, a library, billiards and verandahs to lounge and take a restful nap; and food served at our restaurant, Peppervine is made with organic produce and the finest quality ingredients.
