Spa
The spa at Magnolia draws on classical Ayurveda and contemporary bodywork, delivered by trained therapists in rooms set into the quiet of a 75-acre Robusta coffee plantation in the Brahmagiri Hills. Two treatment rooms mean couples can book side by side, and parties travelling together rarely wait long for a slot.
Book a single therapy or build a sequence across your stay. Here’s the full menu.
Ayurveda
The heart of the spa. Traditional therapies using medicated oils, herbal powders and time-tested techniques.
- Abhyanga (Classical) — A full-body Ayurvedic massage with warm medicated oils, worked through seven positions with pressure adjusted to you.
- Shirodhara — A continuous stream of warm medicated oil over the forehead. One of the most grounding treatments on the menu, traditionally used to settle the mind and support deep rest.
- Marma Abhyanga — Massage focused on the body’s marma (vital energy points), working to improve circulation and leave you both relaxed and revitalised.
- Udvarthanam — A dry herbal-powder massage, used in Ayurveda to support circulation, skin tone and weight management.
- Kizhi (Herbal Poultice Massage) — Heated boluses of therapeutic herbs tied in cotton, applied to targeted areas to ease tension and stiffness.
- Padaabhyanga — A dedicated Ayurvedic foot massage working the marma points of the feet.
Beauty & Foot Rituals - Foot Massage — Pressure-point work across the feet to release tension built up over a day of trekking, cycling or travel.
- Face Massage — Gentle techniques to improve circulation and leave skin looking fresh.
- Ayurvedic / Herbal Face Pack — Traditional Ayurvedic ingredients combined with herbs for a cleansing, exfoliating treatment.
Shorter, focused treatments — easy to slot in before dinner or after a plantation walk.
